About Coquetdale Timber

Coquetdale Timber is a family run business in the Upper Coquetdale Valley in the heart of Northumberland .

We are made up of a father and son (Michael and Tom) with both wives (Louise and Lydia) working behind the scenes and keeping everyone in line. 

Believing in hard work and honest pricing we sell Kiln dried Woodsure approved hardwood and softwood logs along with kindling to the public and also to the trade. 

Along with the firewood side we also offer a forestry contracting service from filling in the felling licences to marketing your final product, with harvesting in between. We are fully qualified and insured for all of our forestry work. 

The final stage of the business is a Woodmizer Sawmill, offering such products as; Posts and Rails, Garden Sleepers,Lambing Hurdles, Hardwood Beams and Saw Dust.
